Content Policy (Last updated August 9, 2023)

Policy Statement:
Client acknowledges and understands that providing content in a timely manner is crucial for the successful execution of graphic design projects. The client agrees that the project cannot be scheduled or initiated until all required content is provided. Delays in content submission may result in extended turnaround times or unavailability of the designer due to their adherence to a first-come, first-serve availability policy.

Content Requirement:
a. The client must provide all necessary content, including text, images, logos, branding elements, and any other relevant materials required for the project.
b. The content should be submitted in the preferred format specified by the designer (e.g., editable text documents, high-resolution image files, vector graphics, etc.).
c. Any specific content guidelines or requirements will be communicated by the designer to the client.

Content Submission Timeline:
a. The client should submit all required content to the designer within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in the project proposal, terms & Conditions or contract.
b. If no specific timeframe is mentioned, the client should submit the content as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

Project Scheduling and Availability:
a. The designer operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, prioritizing projects based on the order of content submission.
b. Once all required content is received, the designer will assess their current workload and determine the project's scheduling and start date.
c. Delays in content submission may result in the designer being unable to accommodate the project within the client's desired timeline.

Impact of Content Delays:
a. In the event of content delays, the client acknowledges that the project's turnaround time may be extended beyond the original estimate.
b. If the designer's schedule is fully booked due to other projects, the client may need to wait until an opening becomes available.
c. The designer will communicate any changes to the project timeline or availability caused by content delays promptly.

Client Responsibilities:
a. The client is responsible for ensuring the timely provision of all necessary content.
b. Any delays in content submission should be communicated to the designer as soon as possible.
c. The client should collaborate closely with the designer to fulfill content requirements, promptly address any queries or concerns, and provide feedback as needed.

Designer's Obligations:
a. The designer will communicate the specific content requirements and submission timeline to the client.
b. The designer will promptly acknowledge the receipt of content and keep the client informed about the project's scheduling and start date.
c. The designer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client's preferred timeline, taking into account their workload and project complexity.

Copywriting Services Policy:
The client acknowledges that copywriting services are not included in the standard design services offered, such as website design, flyer design, brochure design, or any other design service requiring written content. In cases where the designer is required to generate written verbiage, an additional fee will be applicable. This fee ensures fair compensation for the time and expertise invested by our team in providing copywriting services.

Content Retrieval Fees Policy:
Content retrieval from websites can be time-intensive, and as a testament to valuing our design team's efforts, we have established a content retrieval fee. If the designer is tasked with manually extracting content from a website, an additional fee will be charged. This policy recognizes the importance of compensating our team for their dedication and the time spent on this task.

Delay in Content Submission Fees Policy:
For detailed information regarding fees related to content submission delays, extended timelines, and other associated matters, we direct clients to our terms and conditions. These terms outline the fair and equitable policies that have been put in place to ensure a productive and harmonious working relationship. Compliance with these terms is crucial for maintaining a smooth and effective collaboration.

Policy Compliance:
Non-compliance with this policy may result in project delays, extended turnaround times, or unavailability of the designer. The client understands that the timely provision of content is crucial for the smooth execution of graphic design projects.

By proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges their understanding of this policy and agrees to comply with its requirements.

This policy is effective as of the date of client's acceptance and remains in effect until further notice or policy revision.
